By accessing or using CordAi ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

CordAi is a Discord bot that provides AI-powered chat capabilities, knowledge base management, and data gathering features. The Bot is designed to enhance Discord server functionality through artificial intelligence integration.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to exploit, harm, or extract unauthorized data from the Bot
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Bot
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your server's use of the Bot

4. Data Usage and Privacy

The Bot may collect and store data necessary for its operation, including but not limited to:

• Discord Server ID, Name, and Avatar
• Channel IDs where the Bot is used
• User IDs, Usernames, and Display Names of members interacting with the Bot
• Command usage and interaction data
• Chat logs only of interactions directly with the Bot

We will never use any user-collected data for tracking, advertising purposes or AI training.

We handle all data in accordance with privacy best practices and applicable laws.

5. Service Limitations

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific features will always be available
• Errors or defects will be corrected
• The Bot will be compatible with all Discord servers or configurations

6. Premium Features

Some features of the Bot may require a premium subscription. Premium features are subject to additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot (including but not limited to software, images, text, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of Gravy Software LLC and its licensors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
